- Open Passport Builder and navigate to Custom Pages.
- Review your list of existing custom pages.
- Click Create Folder and name it (e.g., "Care Instructions").
- Drag an existing page into the folder.
- Confirm the page now appears inside the folder structure.
- Create a second folder for another category of pages.
- Move additional pages into the appropriate folders.
- Rename a folder by clicking its name and editing it.
- Clone a page by right-clicking and selecting Clone.
- Rename the cloned page to differentiate it from the original.
- Move the cloned page to the correct folder.
- Delete a page that is no longer needed (confirm deletion).
- Reorder pages within a folder by dragging.
- Reorder folders by dragging them in the sidebar.
- Create a nested folder inside an existing folder if needed.
- Verify the folder structure reflects your content organization.
- Open a page from within a folder to confirm it opens correctly.
- Check that pages in folders are still accessible via experience button links.
- Review the folder structure across all experiences.
- Click Save to confirm all folder and page organization changes.
