- Open your experience in Passport Builder and select the main landing page.
- Add a button element or click an existing button.
- In the button settings, set the action type to Digital Product Passport.
- Click on the DPP action configuration panel.
- Enable the Materials section toggle to show material composition data.
- Enable the Certificates section toggle to display sustainability certificates.
- Enable the Traceability section toggle to show supply chain journey steps.
- Configure the display order of DPP sections if reordering is supported.
- Set the button label (e.g., "Learn more", "Product Passport", or "Sustainability").
- Style the button — set background color, text color, and border radius.
- Add a DPP icon to the button for recognition.
- Preview the experience and click the DPP button.
- Verify the DPP overlay opens correctly.
- Confirm the Materials section shows the correct product composition.
- Confirm the Certificates section displays linked certificates.
- Confirm the Traceability section shows supply chain steps.
- Test with multiple products to ensure DPP data updates dynamically.
- Click Save to finalize the DPP button configuration.
