- Go to Library in the sidebar, then select Products.
- Find the product you want to update and click the arrow icon to open its details.
- Select the Certificates tab.
- Click Add certificate.
- Upload the certificate file by dragging and dropping it or clicking the upload icon, then click Next.
- Fill in the certificate details:
- - Issued by — the issuing organisation
- - Category — select from the dropdown
- - Name — the certificate name
- - Issued at — the issue date
- - Expires at — the expiration date
- Click Submit to create the certificate.
- Click Open certificate to open the certificate record.
- Add a description that will be visible in the Digital Product Passport.
- Click Upload logo to add the certificate logo.
- Click Save to apply all changes.
The certificate will appear under the Certificates tab and can be filtered by status. Variant products automatically inherit certificates from the parent product.
