How to Invite a New User and Assign Permissions

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Users & Permissions.
  3. Click Invite User.
  4. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  5. Select a role from the dropdown — Admin, Supplier, or Manufacturer.
  6. Click Submit to send the invitation.
  7. The invitee will appear under the Pending Invitations tab until they log in and complete authentication.

Roles can be changed after the invitation is accepted. To update a user's permissions at any time, find them in the Users List and adjust their settings.
