Create Rich, Formatted Content with Advanced Text Styling

  1. Open your experience in Passport Builder and select a content block.
  2. Click into a Rich Text element to open the text editor.
  3. Use the toolbar to apply bold, italic, and underline formatting.
  4. Change the font size using the size selector in the toolbar.
  5. Set the text alignment (left, center, right, justify).
  6. Apply a heading style (H1, H2, H3) from the format dropdown.
  7. Insert a bulleted list for feature highlights.
  8. Insert a numbered list for sequential instructions.
  9. Add a hyperlink to an external resource.
  10. Insert a table to present structured data (e.g., size chart, care instructions).
  11. Add rows and columns to the table as needed.
  12. Style the table borders and background colors.
  13. Insert an image inside the rich text content area.
  14. Set the image alt text and adjust its size within the text flow.
  15. Insert a dynamic variable (e.g., product.title) inside the text.
  16. Add a blockquote for highlighted callouts.
  17. Use the text color picker to apply brand colors to headings.
  18. Apply a background highlight to specific text passages.
  19. Set letter spacing and line height for fine typography control.
  20. Use the CSS panel for advanced text property overrides.
  21. Apply custom CSS classes to text elements if needed.
  22. Preview how the formatted content renders in the passport.
  23. Test the content with dynamic product data to ensure variables resolve.
  24. Adjust the table layout for mobile breakpoints.
  25. Review all formatting at both desktop and mobile sizes and click Save.
