How to Create and Review Supplier Assessments

Creating an assessment

  1. Click Trace in the left sidebar, then click Assessments.
  2. Click Create Assessments.
  3. Select the assessment type from the dropdown.
  4. Select the supplier from the Supplier dropdown.
  5. Select the assessment template from the dropdown.
  6. Select the recipient email address — this is pre-populated from the supplier profile.
  7. Click Continue, then click Submit to send the assessment.

Reviewing a submitted assessment

  1. Once the supplier submits their response, the assessment status updates to Submitted. Click the arrow to open it.
  2. Review the submission details.
  3. To accept answers in bulk, use the bulk accept option. To approve individually, check the checkmark next to each answer.
  4. To reject an answer, click the X checkbox — a rejection reason must be provided before confirming.
  5. Click Reject to decline, or proceed to approve the assessment.
  6. The assessment status updates to Accepted once all answers are approved.

Assessments can also be created directly from a supplier's profile under the Assessments tab — the workflow is the same.
