Organize Custom Pages with Folders

  1. Open Passport Builder and navigate to Custom Pages.
  2. Review your list of existing custom pages.
  3. Click Create Folder and name it (e.g., "Care Instructions").
  4. Drag an existing page into the folder.
  5. Confirm the page now appears inside the folder structure.
  6. Create a second folder for another category of pages.
  7. Move additional pages into the appropriate folders.
  8. Rename a folder by clicking its name and editing it.
  9. Clone a page by right-clicking and selecting Clone.
  10. Rename the cloned page to differentiate it from the original.
  11. Move the cloned page to the correct folder.
  12. Delete a page that is no longer needed (confirm deletion).
  13. Reorder pages within a folder by dragging.
  14. Reorder folders by dragging them in the sidebar.
  15. Create a nested folder inside an existing folder if needed.
  16. Verify the folder structure reflects your content organization.
  17. Open a page from within a folder to confirm it opens correctly.
  18. Check that pages in folders are still accessible via experience button links.
  19. Review the folder structure across all experiences.
  20. Click Save to confirm all folder and page organization changes.
