How to Populate Product Data

1. Go to Library in the sidebar, then select Products.
2. Find the product you want to update and click the arrow icon to open its details.
3. Select a brand from the Brand dropdown to connect the product to a DPP brand.
4. Choose a collection from the Collection dropdown. New collections can be created in Settings.
5. Select an experience from the Experience dropdown to connect the product to a DPP experience.
6. Fill in the text fields as needed:
7. - Subtitle — a short product subtitle
8. - Short Description — a brief summary shown in the passport
9. - Description — the full product description
10. Optionally add sustainability footprint data:
11. - Water usage (m³)
12. - CO₂ emissions (kg)
13. - Electricity consumption (kWh)
14. Click Save to apply all changes.

Variant products inherit the parent product's data when their own fields are left empty. To override, enter custom information directly on the variant.
