- Go to Library in the sidebar, then select Products.
- Find the product you want to update and click the arrow icon to open its details.
- Select the Traceability tab.
- Click Add traceability steps.
- Click Choose process and select the appropriate traceability step type.
- Use the Supplier dropdown to select the supplier (note: the order of steps affects how they appear in the DPP).
- Select the facility from the facility dropdown.
- If you want to hide this supplier's data from the public DPP traceability view, toggle the visible icon off.
- Click Apply to save the step.
- Repeat steps 4–9 to add additional traceability steps.
- Click Save to apply all changes.
Saved traceability steps appear at the top of the list and can be reordered using drag-and-drop. Variant products automatically inherit traceability steps from the parent product, but individual variants can be customised separately.
