How to Add and Manage Subcontractors and Upstream Partners

Subcontractors are companies hired by a supplier to perform part of the manufacturing process. Upstream partners are companies that provide materials or components used earlier in the supply chain.

1. Navigate to Supply Chain in the left sidebar, then click Suppliers.
2. Locate the supplier and click on it to open the supplier details.
3. To add a subcontractor:
4. - Click the Subcontractors tab.
5. - Click Add Subcontractor.
6. - Select one or more suppliers from the dropdown.
7. - Click Submit.
8. - Click the chevron to expand and view subcontractor details.
9. To add an upstream partner:
10. - Click the Upstream Partners tab.
11. - Click Add Partner.
12. - Select one or more partners from the dropdown.
13. - Click Submit.
14. - Click the arrow to view partner details.

Both subcontractors and upstream partners must already exist as suppliers in your Tappr account before they can be linked.
