How to Add a Product Certificate from the Product View

  1. Go to Library in the sidebar, then select Products.
  2. Find the product you want to update and click the arrow icon to open its details.
  3. Select the Certificates tab.
  4. Click Add certificate.
  5. Upload the certificate file by dragging and dropping it or clicking the upload icon, then click Next.
  6. Fill in the certificate details:
  7. - Issued by — the issuing organisation
  8. - Category — select from the dropdown
  9. - Name — the certificate name
  10. - Issued at — the issue date
  11. - Expires at — the expiration date
  12. Click Submit to create the certificate.
  13. Click Open certificate to open the certificate record.
  14. Add a description that will be visible in the Digital Product Passport.
  15. Click Upload logo to add the certificate logo.
  16. Click Save to apply all changes.

The certificate will appear under the Certificates tab and can be filtered by status. Variant products automatically inherit certificates from the parent product.
